This is a large and impressive 24-arm Maria Theresa chandelier that dates from the mid-20th century and that we have restored to its former glory in our workshop.

The arms are arranged over two tiers, 8 on the top level and 16 on the bottom level, which give it an element of grandeur.

The frame is adorned from top to bottom with Czech glass pear drops, buttons and rosettes. A cut-glass bubble hangs within the frame at its centre, and a larger cut-glass bubble hangs from the very bottom. The 24 metal arms are glass-clad and their glass pans have a thumbprint design.

The size of the chandelier would be perfectly suited to high-ceilinged homes and/or a stairwell or landing.

It has been professionally rewired, is fully tested and ready to hang.
